Xero hired me to apply design system components into a proof of concept that was already built. It was a matter of time to discover that there were deeper issues going on with the product.
From there, I became an advocate for processes, research, and customer-centricity. Here, I spend most of my time breaking silos and trying to get stakeholders to think outside of their boxes. I evolved into a hybrid between a product manager and a product strategist.
At Xero, I'm responsible for the interaction design of Xero’s online accounting service and its associated service delivery systems.
