At Cision, I was the manager of an on-site and remote team of 10 designers and developers. Facilitator of the connection between customer needs and consequent communication with business owners. I started working as a Senior UX Designer, introducing user feedback into consideration for high-level strategic decisions involving IT and product owners in designing the company’s flagship app: The Cision Communications Cloud.
